We are currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Sales Representative for our client in Tacoma, WA!

Job Description: 【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning & organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
・Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet the customer needs
・Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals
・Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within the assigned territory
・Keep management informed of by submitting activity and results reports, such as call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
・Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
・Recommens changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
・Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Job Location: Tacoma, WA
Work hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: $40K - 50K/year (DOE)
Holidays/Vacation: National Holiday, Weekends
Job Requirements: 【Qualifications and Skills】
・Fluency in the following languages is a must. (Japanese/Korean/Chinese)
・An exceptional level of motivation, desire, competitiveness, customer driven focus, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills
・Proven prospecting, follow-up, and value-added consultative selling skills
