We are recruiting a Japanese Bilingual Senior Software Support Engineer for our client located in Irving, TX!
The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a leading multinational IT company and develops/supports a wide range of solutions, including Unified Communications, Software-defined networking, Video Analytics and IoT.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with no assistance from the supervisor.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues of software products.（40%）
・Suggest and provide solutions to improve technical support productivity. （30%）
Design, develop and maintain internal/external systems.（20%）
・Lead and contribute to team discussions such as support review meetings, etc.
・Assist with bug investigation or build reproducible case.
・Help Japanese team in setting up test environment, resolving build issues etc.
・Mentor and provide on-the-job training to new and more junior co-workers.

|Salary:||$35/h | $73K - 80K/year (DOE | Contract to Hire after 6 months)|
|Job Requirements:||【Qualifications and Skills】
・Fluency in Japanese - Native to Professional Working level is essential.
・Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT majors.
・7+ years of experience in technical support, development or quality assurance is a plus.
・Oracle OCA/OCP, AWS, AZURE related certifications are plus.
・Must have a strong Trouble Shooting skill. Ability to work on complex technical problem interfacing directly with customers.
・The following hands-on experience and knowledge are essential :
- ORACLE Database as DBA and SQL programming.
- UNIX, Linux and Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Python, Go, Ruby, SQL, PL/SQL , JDBC and Web programming with RDBMS.
・Physical ability to operate in an office environment is essential. Ability to work on holidays is essential.
