We are currently seeking an English/Japanese Bilingual office manager for our client based in Hacienda Heights, CA!
This company was established in 2004 to provide compassionate, quality Japanese style care for seniors in Southern California. Their caregivers provide a broad range of in-home care services.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Conducts the majority of all interviews (unless available) of all caregivers/nurses.
・Makes all arrangements to place caregivers on assignments, including giving them directions to care receiver’s homes.
・Attends to the needs of all assignments in a thorough manner, and maintains a good rapport and relationship with the care receiver’s and their families and with the caregivers.
・Assist Senior Management with his/her sales efforts, preparation for marketing events, dispatching circulars
・Contribute ideas on how to streamline any of our customer service/success procedures
・Other activities as deemed necessary.

|Salary:||$46K - 52K/year (DOE)|
|Holidays/Vacation:||Weekends, National Holidays|
・Fluency in Japanese - Professional working to Native level.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office
・Experience in office management/administration positions desired.
・LVN( Licensed Vocational Nurse), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or related license is a big plus.
・Ability to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a team-oriented environment
・Self-motivated and able to work independently to assess situations and respond appropriately
