We are currently seeking a Japanese/English Bilingual National Account Manager in El Segundo, CA!
The company conducts domestic and international air transport businesses. They have been expanding their route network to improve connectivity between Japan and the world in partnership with the alliance members. This position will be responsible for the Account Management of Key accounts in North America.
【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Manage and Develop Revenue from key TMCs in North America.
・Review TMC sales performance on a regular basis.
・Plan and Provide product and sales education to agency staff.
・Monitor performance through multiple data sources to identify sales trends and collaborate with TMCs and joint partners to foster market growth and competitiveness.
・Deliver meaningful presentations and reviews to senior management level TMC leadership.
・Actively participate in TMC Education Seminars, Reviews and events whenever possible.
・Coordinate airline participation in joint partner TMC events when and wherever possible.
・Maintain expertise in both airline and joint partner products and services.

・Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, marketing, or related field preferable.
・Minimum of 3 to 5 years TMC/Corporate sales experience at an airline or other travel-related company preferred.
・An awareness and appreciation of other cultures
・International travel experience
・Strong communication and analytical skills
・Proficiency in MS office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
・Negotiation skills, contracting experience, and value based sales approach
・Office based position in Los Angeles with frequent travel required.
・Ability to work independently and across different cultures
