We are currently seeking a Japanese/English Logistics Operation Clerk in El Segundo, CA!
The company is a Japanese logistics company that has been leading the way in freight via air and ocean since 1998. With the headquarter in Japan and locations in 5other countries including USA, they allow the clients to ship smaller volumes at a reasonable price point.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Coordinates daily logistical operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
・Ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.
・Act as liaison between customers, freight carriers and shipping department.
・Communicate about each project's status within the operations department
・Handle general inquiries.
・Perform other miscellaneous duties as required.

・Fluency in Japanese (Business Level) is a plus.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
・Previous experience preferred.
・Willing to work flexible schedules and occasionally overtime/weekend as needed.
・Willing to learn, support other team members and grow together.
・Dependable, coachable with excellent personal and organizational skills.
