A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English HR Assistant Director with some HR work experience. Must speak, read and write Japanese language skill. Bachelor degree or higher with basic PC Skills are required. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as well. This is a full time position, exempt with excellent benefits.

Job Description: Duties:
-Handle interviews for new hire and HR Issues in Nationwide
-Responsible to maintain and update employee personnel records
-Reviews and verifies payroll hours on time cards
-Administers new hire and termination packets for all employees
-Facilitates new employee orientation
-Responsible for managing employee attendance records, including PTO accruals and requests
-Prepares and updates employee performance evaluations
-Maintains employee warnings, performance coaching/counseling forms
-Assists with employee complaints
Job Location: Brea, CA
Salary: 40-85K
Holidays/Vacation: Basic holiday/vacation, sick leave
Job Requirements: Skills:
-Bachelor or higher is required
-Excellent verbal and written communication Skills in English/Japanese
-Good PC skills including Word and Excel
