An insurance company located in Cincinnati OH is looking for a Customer Service Staff. Must have the ability to speak fluent business Japanese.Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Job Description: •Process customer policy change requests 
•Secure all Trailing Documents from customers and review for accuracy 
•Generating insurance quotes 
•Provide exceptional customer service 
•Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed 
•Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and change requests within specified timeframe
Job Location: Cincinnati area, OH
Work hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Please ask)
Salary: $40,000 - 45,000 / Year
Salary Detail: Bonus
Holidays/Vacation: Paid Vacation, Sick Leave
Job Requirements: •Must have the ability to speak fluent business Japanese

•Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up 
•Must have the ability to multi-task 
•Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude

•Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
