We are currently recruiting Japanese / English Customer Service Specialist for our client.
The company is a beauty supply/cosmetics manufacturer located which has been growing rapidly in the last few year. With its headquarter in California, US, they are expanding their business into Asian and Europe.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Work with inbound phone calls, email, social media and other forms of communication to address the needs of our clients’ customers.
・Help facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues.
・Provide product support.
・Investigate and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
・Provide solutions, recommendations and product information with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy.
・Maintain our customer database.
・Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

|Work hours:||4:45pm - 02:00am (during Daylight Saving Time) 3:45pm - 01:00am|
|Salary:||$43K- 50K/year (DOE) including night allowance|
|Holidays/Vacation:||National Holiday, Weekends|
・Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level is a must.
・Previous work experience in customer service, sales or related field preferred.
・Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications.
・Ability to stay composed and objective and have strong listening/comprehension skills.
・Interest in the beauty / cosmetics industry is a big plus.
