We are currently seeking a English/Japanese Bilingual Logistics Coordinate Specialist for our client based in the South Bay area.
This company provides clients with total global logistics, ranging from freight forwarding,
warehousing, to domestic delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Communicate with customers and vendors to coordinate a service product such as Courier Air Export shipment.
・Generate a document in an operating system and various shipping documents such as AWB, Ocean BL, related label, commercial invoice.
・Schedule a daily cargo pickup and delivery.
・Assist sale representatives.
・Assist packing, Labeling, freight scanning and palletizing when required.
・Solve issues and troubleshooting and assist customers with shipping in Japanese.

・Japanese Fluency - Business to Native Level is a big plus
・Previous experience in a related filed
・Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications and keyboard skills.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively, both written and verbally, with internal and external customers.
・Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with a proactive approach and a customer service-oriented mentality
