We are currently seeking a English/Japanese Bilingual Sales Representative for our client based in the South Bay area.
This company provides clients with total global logistics, ranging from freight forwarding,
warehousing, to domestic delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Prospect, build and develop strategic partnerships with clients/customers.
・Maintains daily contact with customers/carriers to respond to their issues and problems to keep positive customer relationships
・Maintain and grow existing business while securing new revenue streams from new clients.
・Achieve assigned and measurable sales objectives/targets.
・Ensure sustainable revenue at acceptable profitability levels.
・Work closely with the all levels of staff and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
・Perform other related duties as assigned

・Japanese Fluency - Business to Native Level is a big plus
・3 years of sales experience in the international logistics environment
・Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, keyboard skills, and sales entry software.
・Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
