【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Administers benefit programs to include orientation/on-boarding, enrollment, changes, terminations, other leave programs, and resolution of claim issues
・Create new employee personnel files and continually work to file and maintain documents appropriately
・Ensure all necessary documents are kept in personnel files (i.e. I-9 documentation, certificates, absence reports, emergency contact information, etc.)
・Recruiting coordination, phone screenings, and manages interview calendar for appropriate interviewer
・Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
・Assist HR manager with various projects such as performance review process, recruitment and interview process, and other HR programs.

・Japanese Fluency - Business to Native Level is a big plus.
・Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; attention to detail
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
・Knowledge of Federal/State Labor Laws and Familiarity with HR system is a plus.
