Do you have CS or order clerk experience?

Global Electrical Parts distributor seeking CSR. NOT required Japanese language, but experience in corporate CS or order clerk position. Must be detail oriented, Good computer skills and good at numbers.

Job Description: a) Data entry
- Process receiving orders & purchase orders from customers, issuing orders to suppliers. Registering new parts, new customer(s), and update.

b) Customer Service
- Generate shipping instructions, enter shipping & tracking info into company system and customer websites.
- Incoming goods/stock entry into company system
- Perform post-shipment tasks, such as creating advance ship notices for
customers, as necessary.
- Issuing and completing sales entry for invoices.
- Organize and file business documents.
- Delivery management for some customers, including coordinating with
customers and sales force regarding parts with delivery issues and creating
weekly delivery charts (=order backlog).

c) Support sales force as necessary
Job Location: Novi, MI
Work hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Please ask)
Salary: $42,000 - 42,000 / Year
Holidays/Vacation: Paid Vacation, Sick Leave
Job Requirements: - Over 1 year related experience would be preferable.
- Good computer skills and accurate typing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbally and in writing to promote communication)
- Familiarity with Japanese business work environment, and ability to work multi-tasked would be preferable
