We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

【Responsibilities and Duties】 Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Create and update expense reports Processing business transactions Process reimbursement forms Prepare bank deposits Enter financial transactions into internal databases Posting customer checks, vendor payments, and ACH payments Maintain digital and physical financial records Assist to issue invoices for customers and external partners, as needed Assisting Accounting Manager with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records Assisting in account analysis and account coding Assisting financial department, other assistants, and Accounting Manager (& Treasurer) as needed |

Job Requirements: | 【Qualifications and Skills】 Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures Familiarity with finance regulations Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Two to three years of proven accounting/bookkeeping experience (accounts payable preferred) Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business with an emphasis in Accounting or a related field preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license not required, but preferred |
