We are currently seeking for a Japanese/English Bilingual Logistics Coordinator for our client.
The company is an international logistics company, air cargo & courier operator, and publications distributor, operating as a U.S. corporation since 1972, with branch stations in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New Jersey, San Francisco, and 400 network subsidiaries and affiliates around the world.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Manage the logistics operations for transportation of products between US and Japan.
・Process multiple sourcing documents (manually & systematically)
・Effectively track and report all incoming and outgoing shipments and advises status. Resolves issues.
・Oversee and manage product inventory both in US, Japan. and other countries.
・Create purchase order
・Ensure that orders reach their destination by the requested delivery date.
・Execute process failures to align with quality assurance expectations
・Enter & maintain vendor, customer, pricing and item attributes to enable proper commerce.This includes negotiating rates and monitoring carrier performance.

・3+ years of working experience for a company
・Japanese Fluency - at least Business Level
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
・Experience at least one of these fields: Production control / Warehousing / Logistics
・Willingness to travel as necessary.
・Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
・Experience in Warehouse Management System such as EPR is a plus.
