We are currently recruiting a Japanese/English BilingualCustomer Service Project Manager for our client!

The company is a cosmetics manufacturing and sales company located in Huntington Beach, CA, which has been growing rapidly n the last few year. Recently established a new laboratory for product development, opened beauty salon using own product, and also started to expand a business to Asia last year.

Job Description: 【Responsibilities】
・Responsible for implementing the PDCA Cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and launching Customer Success Project.
・Work closely with IT / Marketing / Customer Service department to collect information on CS (Consumer Satisfaction), NPS (Net Promoter Score) ,Text Mining Abandon Rate and create KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
・Perform as a Project Manager to operate/manage the Customer Success Project and report to the management team.
・Business trip to Japan and other Asian countries if necessary.

・カスタマーサクセスプロジェクトの立ち上げからPDCA運用をリード。
・課題・KPI( 顧客満足度、離脱率ダウン、継続率アップ、NPS、テキストマイニングによる支持率アップなど)の設計やデータ収集体制の構築を IT 部、既存マーケティング部、CS 部のカスタマーサクセス担当と共に行う。
・実施運用フェーズでは全社各部門担当者をリードし、プロジェクトリーダーとしてプロジェクト全体の運用・管理、レポートの作成・報告等。
・必要に応じて東京・アジアへの出張あり
Job Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Work hours: 10:00am-7:00pm (Occasional remote work can be considered.)
Salary: $60K/year (DOE) + Annual Bonus
Holidays/Vacation: National Holiday, Weekends
Job Requirements: 【Qualifications】
3+ years of working experience for a company

【Skills】
◆Must:
・Project leader Experience
・Marketing Experience

◆Preferred:
・Customer Success Project or Customer support experience
・SNS Management experience
・Experience in E-commerce industry
・Product planing experience
