|Type of employment:||正社員 / Full Time|
・Help coordinate and maintain the office working environment
・Assisting with planning and coordinating office events and meeting with visitors
・Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled and other reports
・Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.
・Records minutes at various meetings and archives them accordingly.
・Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.
・Creates and modifies various documents and data using Microsoft Office
・Promptly respond to questions and requests for information
・Perform general administrative duties accurately and within established deadlines including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, data entry and filing.
・Searches for solutions based on acquired knowledge.
・Assist the Administrative Manager with projects as needed.
・Assist on special projects teams and assignments.
・Work with other administrative staff to accomplish departmental goals.
・Performs all other related duties as assigned

|Work hours:||8:00am - 4:30pm|
|Salary:||$40K 〜 $50K /year (DOE)|
|Holidays/Vacation:||Weekends, National Holiday|
|Job Requirements:||・Solid analytical and problem solving skills
・English and Japanese bilingual preferred
・Excellent organizational skills
・Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion
・Knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office
