We are looking for a Japanese/English bilingual candidate for our client that is dedicated to natural sustainable products for export to Japan from Minnesota directly.

Job Description: ■Wholesale/ Web Sales Tasks (60%)

Communicate with customers via email and/ or phone call
Manage orders: from Japan and/ or US customers (web site orders)
Handle shipment to Japan and/ or to US
Maintain and update information & photos on the web shopping site
Prepare monthly reports
Office Management Tasks (30%)

■Maintain office supplies
Phone reception tasks
Distribute mail
Assist property manager, such as filing documents & making aphone call
Assist GM & Production Manager as needed

■Other Tasks (10%)

Organize receipts and invoices from the designer
Book hotels and air flights
Job Location: Sausalito, CA
Work hours: 10am-6pm (1hr Lunch/Full Time)
Salary: $40K 〜 $45K /year (DOE)
Holidays/Vacation: Weekends/National Holiday
Job Requirements: Requirements:
- Education: BA or equivalent
- Solid computer skills (Mac OS, MS Word & Excel)
- Excellent telephone skills
- Speak and write Japanese
- Handle delegated tasks with minimum supervision
- Detail-oriented, punctual & organized
- Good communication skills and able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment helpful.
- Photographing skills are plus
