Our client, established manufacturers and distributors of health, beauty and general household goods, with our U.S. headquarters located in the Los Angeles area is currently seeking for a Japanese/English bilingual Marketing coordinator.
You will own a variety of responsibilities. Your day to day activities will vary but will always remain focused on providing sales and marketing support to the group’s management and sales team, external customer base including direct customer accounts, sales representatives and distributors.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Manage customer orders from start to finish. This includes inquires, quotations, order processing, deliveries, releases, invoicing, reporting and returns.
・Closely monitor inventory levels, including internal and distributor levels.
・Submit weekly/monthly activity reports for sales, backlog and inventory levels.
・Work alongside the General Manager in providing the coordination of advertising, sales and marketing promotions, and other marketing functions as needed.
・Oversee the product marketing process.

・3 to 5 years Inside Sales Support / Marketing Coordinator / Customer Service related experience preferred.
・Proficient in MS Office Suite.
・Excellent written and verbal skills.
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
