We're looking for a Japanese/English Bilingual for our client in Carson, CA!
The company is an established distributor of health, beauty and general household goods, with our U.S. headquarters located in the Greater Los Angeles area.
You will own a variety of responsibilities. Your day to day activities will vary but will always remain focused on providing marketing support to the group’s management and external customer base.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Manage customer orders from start to finish. This includes inquires, quotations, order processing, deliveries, releases, invoicing, reporting and returns.
・Closely monitor inventory levels, including internal and distributor levels.
・Submit weekly/monthly activity reports for sales, backlog and inventory levels.
・Work alongside the General Manager in providing the coordination of advertising, sales and marketing promotions, and other marketing functions as needed.
・Oversee the product marketing process.

・Fluency in Japanese - Native to Business Level
・3 to 5 years Inside Sales Support / Marketing Coordinator / Customer Service related experience preferred.
・Proficient in MS Office Suite.
・Excellent written and verbal skills.
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
