We are looking for a positive, professional individual with accounting/bookkeeping experience for our client. The company is a leading Japanese apparel trading company located in Torrance, CA. You will have a chance to know the industry and experience buying/purchasing roll too. Recent grad and entry level candidates are welcome!

◆Main Responsibility 60%:
・Assist the General Manager in meeting the financial and administrative needs
・Perform key accounting activities including sales tracking, accounts payable, inventory, financial analysis and government reporting
・Act as site human resource professional assisting with employee recruitment, benefit management, payroll and workers comp
・Support administrative activities including procurement, maintenance scheduling and office management
◆Sub Responsibility 40%:
・Track order progress, troubleshoot any issues that may create a variance and ensure all relevant project information is properly documented and closed out so that projects are completed on time and within budget.
・Ensure pre-production items are completed
・Verify license requirements, request pad print art updates from the Art department and ensure order requirements are properly entered into the system.
・Other tasks assigned.

|Job Requirements:||・Previous bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
・Previous experience with QuickBooks is a plus
