We are recruiting a User Acquisition Manager for our client located in El Segundo, CA!

The company is the U.S. subsidiary of the Japanese game company that publishes titles across multiple platforms ranging from console to handheld and mobile.

They began operations in November of 201 symbolizing their Japanese headquarters’ vision of “East Meets West” as they release internally developed titles in addition to seeking their own publishing initiatives in the Western market.

Job Description: 【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Support product design, development, and release process for assigned products and maintain the product development road map.
・Establish and drive KPIs and targets for games and features, providing specifications for customized metrics required to analyze and improve product.
・Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses.
・Leadforecasting, consumer marketing, A/B testing, and multivariate testing efforts.
・Ensure the smooth operation of the product creating a clear and achievable product schedule and plans
・Develop and manage in-game events and promotions to drive conversion, retention, engagement, revenue, LTV, and reduce churn.
・Provide insights on product sales and marketing performance collaborate with Marketing & Business Relation Manager on marketing and product positioning of assigned titles.
・Other supervisory duties assigned.
Job Location: El Segundo, CA
Work hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (TBA)
Salary: $70K - 90K/year (DOE)
Holidays/Vacation: National Holiday, Weekends
Job Requirements: 【Qualifications】
・Fluency in Japanese - Native to Professional Working level.
・6+ years of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
・Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
・Must have the ability to review, assess, and understand technical documents, drawings, and other documents with no advance exposure and then engage in discussions internally and with vendors.
・Must have the ability to analyze and utilize legal/financial documents (contracts, purchase orders, etc.)
・Must be able to use a computer and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
