We are currently looking for a English/Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Specialistfor our client.
The company is a leading logistics company. At Indianapolis branch, they mainly focus on Moving Service, extending the power and quality of its global logistics network to the personal household relocation service.
【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Reviews and clears all order (quantity, terms, price) in order to process the order – send confirmations to the customer and orders to the warehouse.
・Ensures all customer pricing, invoicing and payments are proper and timely.
・Provides excellent Customer Service and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through maintenance of customer relationships.
・Communicate regularly with Outside Sales and ensure proper pull-through of retail opportunities
・Maintain an appropriate flow of product and on-time deliveries
・Types, formats, and produces documents such as letter, presentations, and reports per management’s request
・Other duties as assigned.

・Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level
・Bachelor’s degree Preferred
・1-3 years in Customer Service / Supply Chain preferred
・Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, strong attention to detail
・Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
