Global trading company seeking Admin/HR Assistant. Must have fluent level Japanese language and over business level English language skills. New grad will be welcome.

Job Description: Main duties are, general office administration such as answering phone calls and creating documents. This position also includes assisting President, office/equipment lease, handling information such as licenses/registrations/contract/ insurance, troubleshooting for IT, HR, Calculating overtime, assisting AP/AR when needed.
Job Location: West of Chicago, IL
Work hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Please ask)
Salary: $40,000
Holidays/Vacation: Paid Vacation, Sick Leave
Job Requirements: - Fluency in Japanese
