We are currently seeking for a Japanese speaking Inside Sales Staff for our client!
The company is a leading Foodservice Equipment Supplier, located in Monterey Park. They have been building their business with entrepreneurs and restaurateurs since 1983, and now are now one of the largest foodservice equipment suppliers in the nation.

【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Receive and process orders as well as communicate status of orders and deliveries to customers and internal team.
・Help customers manage program success and continuously develop customer relationships.
・Accurately process customer needs, including special requests.
・Schedule and facilitate customer and inter-office meetings.
・Collaborate with outside sales staff, marketing team, operations team, and supply chain team.
・Provide company management and sales/operations personnel with market and customer updates to ensure smooth logistical operation.
・Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

|Salary:||$40K- 45K/year (DOE)|
・Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level
・Proficient PC, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
・Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills in order to communicate effectively with customers.
・Strong multitasking and typing capabilities are required.
