#1212 Customer Service Planner



We are currently seeking for a Japanese/EnglishCustomer Service Planner for our client.

The company is a cosmetics manufacturing and sales company located in Huntington Beach, CA, which has been growing rapidly n the last few year. Recently established a new laboratory for product development, opened beauty salon using own product, and also started to expand a business to Asia last year.

Job Description: 【Responsibilities and Duties】
・Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
・Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
・Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
・Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
・Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
・Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
・Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
・Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
・Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
・Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Job Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Work hours: 10:00am-7:00pm (Occasional remote work can be considered.)
Salary: $45K- 55K/year (DOE)
Holidays/Vacation: National Holiday, Weekends
Job Requirements: 【Qualifications】
3+ years of working experience for a company
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience of a telephone operator or e-mail support

Japanese fluency - from Business to Native level
