Job Description: ■Handle data entry, collecting required documents related to claim received for at least one or all of the following customer service/assistance/concierge applications
・Health care program participants/Overseas Traveler Insurance Policy Holders
・Participating Japanese insurance companies
・Other required services
■Handle all invoice preparation and issuing of claims handled by the department
■Understand and apply appropriate interpretation of insurance policies
■Creation and maintenance of communication records of all services provided
■Perform research and gathering of assistance and referral information to build and update the manuals, database, and other useful information sources
■Proactively provide feedback to Supervisor to help improving quality and efficiency of operations
■Follow all applicable governmental regulations (i.e., California Unfair Claim Practices Regulations)
■Complete the insurance data entry and claim process within a reasonable timeframe
■Provide timely responses to insured and claimants
■Maintain organized files and process customer service assistance and claims in an orderly fashion
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Work hours: 8am-5pm
Salary: $13 - $17/h
